Brandder Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Brandder’s website, www.brandder.in (the “Site”), owned and operated by Brandder, an Indian registered company (“Brandder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our online platform and services (“Services”) offering prepaid design and branding solutions.

By using the Site or Services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use Brandder.


1. Services

Brandder provides fully managed design and branding services via this online platform, working directly with clients.

2. Customer Content Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery and optimal results, you as the Customer must provide clear, comprehensive content, materials, and instructions promptly for your project. This includes texts, images, logos, brand guidelines, and any other assets necessary.

If you do not have content ready, you must notify us whether you would like Brandder to generate AI-based content on your behalf. Content created or generated by Brandder will adhere to best practices and be reviewed with you.


3. Payment and Delivery

  • All projects require full payment in advance before production begins.
  • Brandder commits to delivering your finalized design as per the agreed timeline.
  • If delays occur due to unforeseen reasons, Brandder will communicate promptly and work with you to resolve issues.
  • Your cooperation in providing timely content and approvals is essential to keep delivery on track.
  • Failure to provide necessary materials may lead to reasonable schedule adjustments.

Deliverables and Timeline

Brandder commits to delivering all design and branding collaterals as specified in your project scope within the 72 hours, some may take upto a week depending on the nature of order. Typical deliverables may include digital assets such as social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and other agreed creative formats.

Projects often follow a workflow starting with an initial draft or concept delivery, followed by maximum two rounds of client feedback and revisions, culminating in final design approval and file handover.

Our timelines include a reasonable buffer to account for client feedback, iterations, and potential unforeseen changes. Timely client cooperation in providing content, brand assets, and clear feedback is crucial to meet these deadlines. Delays in client inputs may require proportional adjustments to delivery schedules.

Brandder prioritizes transparent communication and collaboration to promptly address any challenges that arise, ensuring your project remains on track and aligned with your business goals.


4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are generally managed on a case-by-case basis. You may request refunds within 14 days of delivery if unsatisfied and before final approval or production start. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note, refunds cannot be granted after approval or production has commenced. Third-party costs and expedited or ad hoc work are typically non-refundable.


5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Ownership of approved final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. Use of any unapproved work is unauthorized and may result in legal action under copyright laws.

Brandder retains the right to showcase work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested.


6. Confidentiality and Privacy

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information exchanged during engagement. Your data privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy available on the Site.


7. Limitation of Liability

Brandder aims to provide professional and reliable services but is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from service use. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the concerned project.


8. Dispute Resolution and Contact

We hope to address any concerns amicably. Please direct support requests or complaints first to customer.support@brandder.in.

If unresolved, escalate grievances to vivek@brandder.in with the subject line “Grievance.” We commit to a timely review and response.


9. General

Brandder reserves the right to modify these Terms with notice. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at grievance@brandder.in


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
